Descrição Produto

The Elastic Lanyard with Shock Absorber is a single-leg personal fall protection device designed for fall restraint in work at height within the construction, maintenance, and structural assembly sectors. This device establishes a secure connection between the user's harness and the anchor point, incorporating an energy dissipator to arrest the impact of a potential sudden fall.

The retractable webbing follows the worker's continuous movement during operational tasks at the workstation. This permanent elasticity reduces slack in the lanyard, minimizing the risk of tripping or entanglement with pipes and scaffolding protrusions. It is a robust solution for technical maneuvers with a nominal load capacity of up to 100 kg.

Features

Webbing type: single-leg elastic webbing with integrated shock absorber
Total length: 180 cm with connectors when fully extended
Scaffolding hook: structural connector with a 52 mm usable opening
Base carabiner: connection buckle with a 19 mm usable opening
Maximum capacity: rated load capacity of 100 kg
Active safety: extendable webbing for trip prevention
Lifespan: up to 10 years from the textile manufacturing date

Composition

Elastic technical fabric made of high-tenacity polyester, complemented by reinforced hardware and connectors made of wear and corrosion-resistant steel.

Certifications and Standards

EN 354: lanyards for fall protection and work positioning
EN 355: requirements for shock absorbers and energy dissipators
EN 362: technical compliance for professional connectors and carabiners
Official CE and UKCA conformity markings

Uses

Work on tubular scaffolding and metal structures in construction
Facade maintenance and work on aerial platforms
Technical assembly operations for stages and temporary roofing

The equipment meets all technical requirements for safety in vertical work and is supplied in individual retail packaging.
