How to place your order:

Register in our online store, providing the requested information accurately.

Select the desired items, choosing the appropriate color and size (if applicable) and add them to your cart. Then follow the steps to complete your order.

The order will be confirmed after payment is made.

Delivery time:

The usual delivery time is five working days for mainland Portugal.

Add more items after order completion:

You can add items to your order. Contact us on 964 585 995 to add items to your order.

Cancel an order:

To cancel your order, please contact us on +351 913 741 480.

Check the status of your order:

Access your customer area and check the "Order history and details" tab to check the status of your order.

You can make payment using Multibanco Reference, Visa or Mastercard Credit Card, Paypal or MBWay.

I placed an order, paid for it and want to cancel it. How do I do this?

I would like to place a large-volume order for models and/or colours that are not available in the online store. How can I do this?

To request further information and subsequently receive a quotation for products that are not listed in our online store, you can contact our Sales Department in one of the following ways:

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it. You must complete the return form here, providing your order number and indicating your preferred instructions. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent and must not have been personalised.

Return period:

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Refund:

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our Quality Control team, we will process the refund using the same payment method originally used or by bank transfer to the IBAN you provide.

Return costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
