DELIVERY TIMES

• The usual delivery time is 5 business days after payment, but can range from 4 to 10 business days.
• Personalized items have a delivery time of 10 to 15 business days after payment.

• You have 14 days from the date of order receipt to make a return or exchange your purchase.

Payments and references for Credit Card, Multibanco, MB Way and PAYSHOP are processed by IfThenpay

1. Credit Cards

One of the most common and convenient ways to pay for your order.

Simply select "Credit Cards" as your payment method and confirm the order. This type of payment is processed directly on the IfthenPay Payment Portal, to which you will be redirected, and where you can make your payment 100% securely.

You will also receive the payment details in your email.

2. Multibanco

A convenient and familiar way to pay for your order.

Simply select "Multibanco Reference" as your payment method and confirm the order. On the next page, the reference and entity you should use at an ATM / Multibanco or Homebanking to make the payment will appear.

You will also receive the payment details in your email.

Your order will be confirmed immediately after payment (keep the receipt as proof of payment).

To pay by Multibanco Reference at an ATM (may vary slightly depending on the ATM):

Choose "Payments". Select "Services/Purchases Payment". Enter the Entity, Reference, and the amount to pay (each reference is only valid for the indicated amount). Confirm the Payment.

Your payment will be confirmed immediately. Multibanco payment is exclusive to Portugal.

3. MB WAY

Payment via MB WAY.

Note: If you choose this payment method, you must be registered with your mobile number associated with MB WAY.

Simply select "MB WAY" as your payment method and confirm the order. On the next page, the reference will appear. Please confirm the payment authorisation in your MB WAY app.

4. PAYSHOP

Simply select "PAYSHOP" as your payment method and confirm the order. On the next page, the reference you should use to make the payment at a Payshop agent, CTT Store, or Post Office will appear.

You will also receive the payment details in your email.

5. Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is a secure payment method that allows you to make real-time bank transfers to our account without disclosing your bank account details.

If you choose this payment method, select the "Bank Transfer" option and click the "Continue" button.

After confirming the order, you will have access to the bank details needed to make your transfer.

After your transfer, please send the proof of payment to the email ragtailors@gmail.com with the respective order number.
