DESCRIPTION

The Cold Environments Vest is a thermal work garment designed to protect professionals against low temperatures in a work setting. This model was developed to preserve body heat in the trunk area, keeping the arms completely free to perform demanding tasks with agility and continuous comfort throughout the workday.

The structure combines the high resistance of a twill outer layer with a padded lining that acts as a barrier against moderate cold and drafts. Thanks to its ergonomic design, it easily layers over shirts, polos, or work uniform sweaters, effectively adapting to the thermal demands of extended work shifts in various professional sectors.

Closure: Central front fastening with hidden automatic metal snap buttons under a protective placket.
Fit: Waistband with elastic on the sides for flexible adjustment to the wearer's body.
Pockets: One patch-style interior pocket with a Velcro closure for secure storage of personal items.
Design: Functional sleeveless cut allowing full range and flexibility of arm movements.
Comfort: Lightweight padded structure providing stable thermal insulation without adding excessive bulk to the uniform.
Protection: Front placket that covers the metal buttons and prevents direct entry of cold outside air.

Composition

Outer fabric: Durable twill composed of 65% polyester and 35% cotton with a weight of 190 g/m².
Inner lining: Smooth and comfortable 100% polyester for contact with other clothing layers.
Thermal insulation: 100% polyester quilted padding with a weight of 150 g/m².

Care Instructions

Machine washing at low temperatures is recommended to preserve the integrity of the textile fibers and thermal padding. Drying should be done outdoors to prevent premature wear of synthetic materials and prolong the garment's durability.

Uses

Suitable for professional use in warehouses, cold rooms, and logistics facilities with low temperatures, as well as for work performed outdoors in cold conditions or in indoor environments without stable climate control.
