DESCRIPTION
The Bizflame Work flame-retardant coverall was specifically developed to meet the high demands of the offshore industry and environments where the risk of exposure to fire and electrical discharge is high. Designed with a focus on safety, comfort, and durability, this coverall stands out due to its innovative fabric, anti-static properties, and wide range of international protection certifications.
Made from Bizflame Work outer fabric – a combination of 99% cotton and 1% carbon fiber – it provides high resistance and protection against heat, flame, and electric arc, while ensuring breathability and comfort during long work shifts. The addition of carbon fiber also guarantees anti-static properties, which are essential in sensitive industrial environments.
High-visibility reflective tapes — strategically positioned on the shoulders, arms, and legs and double-stitched — increase user visual perception, enhancing safety even in low-light environments. The two-way brass front zipper, concealed for greater protection, offers ease of use and a clean finish. The two slanted chest pockets, both with concealed brass zippers, provide secure and accessible storage for personal items or tools.
To ensure maximum longevity, all seams are triple-stitched, significantly increasing the coverall's resistance to wear and tear during intensive use. This model complies with the most stringent EN standards — EN 1149-5, EN ISO 11612, EN ISO 11611, IEC 61482-2, IEC 61482-1-2, ASTM F1959/F1959M-12 — meeting the needs for multi-functional protection in demanding industrial environments. ELIM and EN 17353 Type B2 tests reinforce the continuous commitment to safety evolution.
Suggested use:
Ideal for professionals on offshore platforms, industrial maintenance, the metallurgical sector, or any environment with a risk of fire, explosion, or electrical discharge. It can be supplemented with certified personal protective equipment, such as flame-retardant gloves, helmets, and safety boots, for complete protection.
Care instructions:
Wash preferably inside out, on a normal cycle, with warm water (max. 40ºC). Do not use bleach or brighteners. Can be tumble-dried at a low temperature. Ironing over reflective tape areas is not recommended. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions on the inner label to maximize durability and protective performance.
