Descrição Produto

Anti-vibration gloves are personal protective equipment for operators of heavy machinery and powered hand tools in the construction, civil engineering, and industrial maintenance sectors. These gloves help reduce the continuous transmission of mechanical vibrations to the upper limbs, contributing to less muscle fatigue and preventing occupational issues arising from prolonged mechanical impact.

The model features a breathable textile base and a technical coating designed to preserve the dexterity needed for operating controls. The seamless interior eliminates friction points on the skin, ensuring physical comfort and continuous thermal comfort during prolonged strenuous tasks.

Features

Vibration Attenuation: Demonstrated reduction of mechanical vibration effects by 40%.
Textile Construction: Breathable, seamless 10-gauge inner lining.
Technical Coating: Chloroprene rubber formulated for cushioning impacts and mechanical shocks.
Functional Sensitivity: Ergonomic design developed to maintain finger mobility and tactile grip.
European Certification: Personal protective equipment with CE marking.

Composition

Breathable, seamless 10-gauge textile support lining. Protective cushioning coating in chloroprene rubber applied to contact areas.

Certifications and Standards

EN ISO 21420: 2020 (Dexterity Level 1).
EN 388: 2016 + A1: 2018 (Mechanical resistance rating 4142X).
EN 10819: 2016 + A1: 2019 (Vibration attenuation evaluated with parameters TRm = 0.865 and TRh = 0.598).
CE certification of European conformity.

Uses

Continuous operation with pneumatic hammers, concrete breakers, and demolition hammers.
Demanding interventions in civil engineering, transport infrastructure upgrades, and public works.
Control of electric hand tools with continuous rotary or percussion motion.
Industrial maintenance activities exposed to repeated vibrations.

This equipment is the recommended solution for demanding work on construction sites or in industrial factories where physical vibration attenuation is essential for occupational health and safety.
