1) Procedure for exchanges and returns
The switching process is simple. You have up to 14 days after receiving the item to make an exchange or return, just send us an email to email@example.com that you want to exchange or return and send us the item(s) in question to the address indicated. Your email must contain your order number as well as mention the items to be returned or exchanged and the instructions for the intended item. Costs for sending parts to RAG Tailor's facilities are at the customer's expense. RAG Tailor's covers the costs of sending the new unit(s) to the customer's address.
We remind you that the item(s) must be in absolutely original condition, without any sign of use or having been subject to washing (check the conditions below). Upon receipt and evaluation, we will ship the new unit(s) or initiate the refund process.

2) Exchange and Return Conditions
Any product purchased from www.ragtailors.com can be exchanged or refunded, and the customer must contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org . The exchange or return must be made within a maximum period of 14 days.
The returned products must be in the same state in which they were delivered to the Customer, without any sign of use, and in the respective packaging. If the final value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is greater than the initial value of the order, the Customer will have to pay the difference, using one of the available payment methods. If it is less than the initial value of the same, or in case of return, the Customer may request the refund of that amount by bank transfer to an account to be indicated.
Rag Tailors does not accept exchanges/returns of intimate items, or items with damaged original packaging.

Orders containing more than 15 units of the same reference or whose total value exceeds €500 will not be accepted. Only exchanges of defective items will be accepted, upon proof.
This commercial condition is based on the legal framework provided for in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, which regulates contracts concluded at a distance and outside of the commercial establishment in Portugal. This legal diploma establishes that consumers have the right to terminate the contract, without having to indicate a reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
However, the said decree-law allows companies to establish specific conditions for the return of products, provided that these conditions are duly informed to consumers before the conclusion of the contract. In this context, our policy of not accepting returns of orders that contain more than 15 units of the same reference or whose total value exceeds €500 aims to safeguard the sustainability of our business and the quality of the service provided to our customers.
< br>By limiting the number of units and the total value of orders eligible for return, we seek to prevent misuse of our system by individuals who may purchase products in large quantities with the intention of returning them after use or reselling them them to third parties. This policy allows us to keep our prices competitive and continue to offer a quality service to all our customers, while ensuring the necessary support in case of defective items.
Items sent free of charge, in the form of gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded.
The shipping and bank costs associated with the return of products are borne, in full and exclusively, by the Customer. Rag Tailors refunds the Customer within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the item to be returned.
In the event that the return is at the origin of a logistical error by Rag Tailors, Rag Tailors, after contacting the customer, will collect the item, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs for the correct product.
Rag Tailors does not accept returns sent with postage paid or on delivery.
Returns will only be accepted when within the stipulated period and exchanges are subject to stock availability. An unsatisfied exchange request automatically generates a return and subsequent credit.
The Rag Tailors product catalog is independent of its physical store, both in terms of price and quantities in stock. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing. In the event of product unavailability and/or out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the amount paid.
In all cases, any exchange or credit request must be made by registered mail that guarantees delivery of the goods to our address at Rua Dr. José Saudade e Silva 5 C, 2500-191 Caldas da Rainha. Shipping costs for exchanges or credits are the responsibility of the customer. In the order to be returned, the reference of the article(s) and the reasons for the return must be indicated.
Summary:Exchanges or returns will only be considered if:
a) The parts must be presented in perfect condition and without signs of use, in their original packaging (if applicable), unwashed, unworn, odor-free and unaltered from its initial shape (eg hem, cuff adjustment, etc.).
b) Items must be packaged carefully.

c) The articles must not have any type of customization (example: embroidery or stamping).
d) A RAG Tailor's makes a size exchange or return products. The shipping costs for subsequent exchanges will be borne by the customer.
e) As soon as we receive your order, we will check the status of the items and change sizes or refund the returned items . Bear in mind that, in the case of returns by postal mail, RAG Tailor's will not accept shipments with payment to the recipient or cash on delivery and that shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
f) Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
g) RAG Tailor's covers the costs of shipping the new unit(s) to the customer's address, if you make a new exchange, the costs of reshipping are the responsibility of the customer.
h) Refunds are made via bank transfer to IBAN to be indicated by the customer.
3) Defective Items
In case of notorious anomaly of the product received, the article must be sent to Rag Tailors for analysis. The item can be exchanged or refunded, provided that the Customer returns it within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of shipment of the order, and for this purpose contact us via email email@example.com .
Rag Tailors undertakes to make the collection at the address indicated by the customer at no cost. After verification by the quality department, the response is given to the Customer.
This process may take up to 20 days. If the anomaly is verified, a new product is sent for replacement. If the item of the same reference is not in stock, the customer may choose another item of equal value or refund the value of the defective item. If the anomaly is not verified, the article is returned to the customer, against the payment of the shipping (in the amount of €2.95, to be made by bank transfer to an account to be indicated).
