Shipping policy


 • How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

  • USA, Canada and Brazil from €10.50
  • Europe from €5.
  • Mainland Portugal shipping €5 or free for orders over €79.90.
  • Mainland Spain shipping €5 or free for orders over €89.90.
  • Azores and Madeira from €7.75.
  • The cost is calculated based on the weight of the order and final destination.

 For Azores, Madeira and International orders, shipping fees as well as delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location.

 • How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected or even on what is ordered. The deadline for standard shipments can vary between 4 to 10 working days (the mentioned deadlines do not apply in the case of the Azores and Madeira, international destinations, personalized or large volume orders).


• Where can I receive my order?

  • You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.- never at a post office).

 • Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

  • The country of delivery may be different upon prior direct contact via email or telephone. You must fill in the customer form with the desired delivery address

     • Can I track the status of my order?

    • Yes, through "my account" in orders placed you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the “Order Information” link in the confirmation email to follow up. 
    • When your purchase is shipped, an automatic shipping alert email is generated, you can find tracking information in that email



    • The cost is calculated based on the weight of the order and final destination.



    • The delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.
    • Delivery costs and times will be communicated to the customer at the time of ordering. When placing an order, the customer is accepting these costs and delivery times.
    • For payments after 3 pm, the shipping process will only start on the next business day.
    • The delivery period may take between 4 to 10 working days depending on the type of article or the need for execution.
    • Delivery time for personalized items is 10 to 15 working days after payment.
    • Large volume orders may have deadlines longer than indicated.
    • The shipping costs accepted by the customer at the time of purchase correspond to a service provided by Rag Tailors or by its distribution partners whose only aim is to deliver the order from point A (Rag Tailors warehouse) to point B (address indicated by customer).
    • To follow up on an order in progress, the customer can and should contact the Customer Support Service of the corresponding distribution partners. Before the order is shipped, an email is sent to the customer with the data to track the order.
    • The purchase receipt/invoice will be sent with the order itself or by email.
    • If the customer does not claim the order from the carrier within the time granted and the order is returned to Rag Tailors, then the customer will have to bear the transport costs of the new shipment. Free shipping campaigns are only valid for first shipments, and never for reshipments.

    RAG Tailor's is not responsible for any delays that are the responsibility of CTT or another contracted transport service. However, if you exceed the aforementioned deadlines, please contact us so that we can carry out a survey with the distributor you chose, so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


    Responsibility for information provided:

    1. Data Responsibility: The accuracy of the data provided by the customer is of utmost importance to ensure proper shipping and delivery of items. We ask our customers to carefully check the details provided when filling out shipping information.

    2. Data Verification: We recommend that you double-check your address information before completing your purchase. This process is critical to ensuring that your items are sent to the correct location.

    3. Lost of Items due to Incorrect Information: In cases where items are lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the responsibility will be entirely with the customer. This liability includes, but is not limited to, wrong shipping address, wrong zip code, wrong recipient name or wrong telephone number.

    4. Notification: If the information provided is found to be incorrect after processing your order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, however, we cannot guarantee the recovery or reshipment of items if the order has already been shipped.

    5. Refund: If a package is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional cost to resend the package.

    We do not offer refunds for losses caused by errors in providing information.
