How to place your order:

1. Register in our online store, providing the requested information accurately.
2. Select the desired items, choosing the appropriate color and size (if applicable) and add them to your cart. Then follow the steps to complete the order.

The order will be confirmed after payment is made.

Delivery time:

The usual delivery time is five working days for mainland Portugal.

Cancel an order:

Consult the status of your order:

Access your customer area and check the "Order history and details" tab to check the status of your order.

You can make the payment through Multibanco Reference, Visa or Mastercard Credit Card, Paypal or MBWay.

I placed an order, paid and want to cancel it. How do I do?

I want to place a large volume order of models and/or colors that are not available in the online store. How can I do it?

For clarification and, later, a quote for products that are not included in the online store, you can consult our commercial area in 2 ways:

1. Through the contact form, selecting "Budget" in the subject

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it. To do so, send an email to ragtailors@gmail.com or fill out the return form, indicating the order number and instructions for the item you want. The article must be in the same condition in which it was sent and without customizations.

Deadline for return:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request the return of your item.

Reimbursement:

Once the returned item is received and analyzed by our Quality Control team, we will process the refund using the same payment method or by bank transfer to the IBAN you indicate.

Return costs:

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
