How to place your order:

Register in our online store, providing the requested information accurately.

Select the desired items, choosing the appropriate color and size (if applicable) and add them to your cart. Then follow the steps to complete your order.

The order will be confirmed after payment is made.

Delivery time:

The usual delivery time is five working days for mainland Portugal.

Add more items after order completion:

You can add items to your order. Contact us on 964 585 995 to add items to your order.

Cancel an order:

To cancel your order, please contact us on 964 585 995.

Check the status of your order:

Access your customer area and check the "Order history and details" tab to check the status of your order.

Payment methods available?

You can make payment using Multibanco Reference, Visa or Mastercard Credit Card, Paypal or MBWay.

I placed an order, paid for it and want to cancel it. How do I do this?

I want to place a large order of models and/or colors that are not available in the online store. How can I do this?

To obtain clarification and, subsequently, a quote for products that are not listed in the online store, you can contact our sales department in 2 ways:

1. Using the contact form, select "Budget" in the subject line.

2. Send email to ragtailors@gmail.com

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it. To do so, send an email to ragtailors@gmail.com or fill out the return form, indicating the order number and instructions for the return. The item must be in the same condition as it was sent and without any customizations.

Deadline for return:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request the return of your item.

Reimbursement:

Once the returned item is received and analyzed by our Quality Control team, we will process the refund via the same payment method or by bank transfer to the IBAN you provide.

Return costs:

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
